Business Development Managers (Online Media Sales)
(Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur / Penang)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and growing online ad revenue from property sector and non-property sector.
  • Identify, target and acquire new business clients
  • Build and manage strong relationships across multiple levels within target client organizations (C-level downwards)
  • Develop creative and compelling online advertising proposals to clients - negotiate and close contracts
  • Manage and grow the sales opportunity pipeline
  • Work with the marketing and product teams to enhance product propositions

 

Requirements:

  • Experienced business developer with a track record of breaking into new 'greenfield' sectors or accounts
  • At least 4-5 years sales/business development experience with good track record of exceeding targets
  • Good understanding of online advertising solutions and industry
  • Must be proactive, creative, highly energetic, tenacious and independent with consultative selling skills
  • Great interpersonal skills - able to build rapport quickly and develop relationships at multiple levels including C-level contacts
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to create compelling proposals and written communications - attention to detail
  • Chinese language skills would be a plus
  • Media sales or online sales or/and real estate experience, contacts is a plus

 

 

Business Development Manager (Developer Sales)
(Bangsar South / Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for creating new business opportunities and sales of online property advertising to property developers.

 

Requirements:

  • Between 2 – 3 years business development / sales experience.
  • Ability to “open” doors and establish communications and businesses with new clients
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, positive, persistent, target-oriented, enthusiastic
  • Fluency in English and Chinese required
  • Basic understanding of Internet advertising and Internet savvy
  • Real estate, Internet or Media experience is a plus - but is not critical
  • Own transportation and a willingness to travel

 

Agent Sales Executives / Managers
(Bangsar South / Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role is responsible for creating new business opportunities and sales of online property media. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Pitch and close sales with clients
  • Conduct sales presentations to groups of up to 50 prospects
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and proactively up-sell services
  • Provide guidance and support to clients post-sale
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and team directors
  • Work closely with the customer services, product and marketing teams

 

Requirements:

  • Must be hungry, proactive, highly energetic, tenacious and independent
  • 3+ years sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-working and presentation skills
  • Willing to go the extra mile and (sometimes) work long hours
  • Fluency in English and Chinese required
  • Basic understanding of Internet advertising
  • Real estate, Internet or Media experience is a plus - but is not critical
  • Own transportation and a willingness to travel to customer sites
  • Ability to start work immediately

  • Between 1 - 2 years telesales/call centre experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to “open” doors and establish communications and businesses with new clients
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, positive, persistent, target-oriented, enthusiastic
  • Fluent in English, polished in verbal skills& Internet savvy. Fluency in Chinese dialect is an added advantage
